Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InsightLumina (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by LearnLumina (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

InsightLumina is an AI-powered analytics service that connects to your e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and others), aggregates your business metrics, and delivers actionable insights via email, Slack, or dashboard. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze aggregated, anonymized statistics — never raw customer data.

3. Your Data — Our Commitments

We make the following commitments regarding your data:

• ✓We do not sell your data. Your business data is never sold to third parties, advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
• ✓We do not share your data. Your data is not shared with other customers, partners, or third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., sending aggregated statistics to the AI model for analysis).
• ✓We do not use your data to train AI models. The AI model we use processes your aggregated statistics to generate insights, but does not retain or learn from your data. Our LLM vendor's API terms prohibit training on API-submitted data.
• ✓We only send aggregated statistics to the AI. Raw data — customer names, emails, order details, payment information — is never transmitted to any AI model.

4. Account & Access

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscription & Billing

InsightLumina is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request full deletion of your data at any time from your account dashboard. Upon deletion, all aggregated metrics, connection credentials, and generated insights are permanently removed. Backups are purged within 48 hours of a deletion request. Data that has reached the end of its configured retention period (30, 60, or 90 days, depending on your plan) is automatically deleted.

7. Platform Connections

InsightLumina connects to third-party platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, Klaviyo, etc.) using OAuth or API credentials that you provide. We store these credentials encrypted at rest and use them solely to sync your business metrics. You may revoke access to any connected platform at any time from your dashboard or directly from the third-party platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights, recommendations, or analyses generated by the Service. InsightLumina is a decision-support tool — you are responsible for all business decisions made based on its output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnLumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
