Connect Shopify

Open Shopify Admin → Apps, or the Shopify App Store, and install InsightLumina. Shopify identifies your store automatically — you never type a .myshopify.com URL into InsightLumina.

• You must be a store owner or staff member with permission to install apps.
• If you manage multiple stores, install from the store you want to analyze.

If you are not already signed in, complete login so we can link the Shopify install to your InsightLumina account. You will return to the install flow automatically.

• Use the same account you want to see insights under.
• No Stripe checkout is required before install — billing happens on Shopify next.

Review the permissions on Shopify's authorization screen and click Install app. InsightLumina never modifies products, orders, or checkout — we only read analytics data.

• Permissions are read-only: orders, products, customers, inventory, and analytics.
• If you manage multiple stores, make sure you're approving the correct one.

Choose Starter, Growth, or Enterprise on Shopify's charge approval screen. You can upgrade or downgrade later from InsightLumina pricing without reinstalling the app.

• Charges appear in your Shopify application charge history.
• Declining a charge returns you to the app — you can request approval again anytime.

After approval you land in the InsightLumina app inside Shopify Admin. Open the dashboard or Connections to sync data and add other platforms (Growth+).

• Most stores see their first insights within 24 hours as data aggregates.
• Run Analysis from the dashboard once a few days of metrics are in.
